Product Warranty Sales and Return Policy
Our terminals are all warranted for at least one year from opening your merchant account. Regardless of the failure your machine may experience, we will replace it within one year’s time from activation of your account. Certain terminals carry a warranty beyond that one year.
Lifetime warranty terminals:
These terminals have a lifetime warranty that carries on while your merchant account is open with the Noble office of Beyond Transaction. If a failure occurs at anytime we will replace it free of charge.
Terminals that have an unlimited 1 year warranty are as follows:
Any of the above mentioned terminals will be replaced if failure occurs within the first 12 months of opening your merchant account.
Returns
All returns for purchased equipment must be submitted within a 30 day period of purchase. We will issue a refund for the purchased equipment minus a 20% restocking fee and any shipping fees incurred. All sales of equipment is handled directly through the Noble Office (office 31712) of Beyond Transaction.
